Kate was created by Steve Stein and Ed Bono (Leo Burnett) who also were the winners last year for Supermandillon. This year the assignment was make a musical concerning bad habits. Kate was created in less than two weeks. It won against other teams from New York and around the country who also had to create bad habit musicals. Steve and Ed now go to New York October 8 to compete against other heat winners where they will be given a new genre and theme and only 24 hours to complete the film.
